This matter was tried to a jury from October 24, through November 7, 1988, and on November 7, the jury returned a verdict in plaintiff's favor on her breach of contract claim against defendant Robert T. Stephan ("Stephan") and awarded damages in the amount of $200,000. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant Stephan on plaintiff's false light publicity claim.
