On July 10, 1984, Rickey Lynn Antley, Jr. (hereafter Rickey), a seven and one-half year old boy, was killed when the Yamaha YTM225DXL all-terrain vehicle (hereafter ATV 225) he was riding capsized and fell upon him. The accident occurred in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.
