KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal by Travelers Insurance Co. from an order affirming the bankruptcy court's confirmation of plan under Chapter 12 (Family Farmer) of the bankruptcy code. 89 B.R. 1010. We affirm.
