This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of appellee, Bill Wilder. We reverse and remand for trial on the merits.

Reynolds, III and Leonard Leighton to collect the balance due on a promissory note in the original principal amount of $500,000.00, signed by Reynolds and Leighton and dated August 22, 1984.
