OPINION

LATTIMORE, Justice.

Appellant, Q.T. Hanson, pled not guilty to driving while intoxicated. TEX.REV. CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 6701l-1 (Vernon Supp.1989). A jury found her guilty. She was fined $300 and sentenced to 90 days in jail; both fine and jail term were probated for two years. Hanson has perfected this appeal from the judgment.
