SINGLETON, Judge.

Richard Allen pled no contest to an information charging him with attempted sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, a class A felony, AS 11.41.434(a)(2)(B); AS 11.31.100(a); former AS 11.31.100(d)(1). The trial court found, as an aggravating factor, that Allen's conduct was among the most serious included within the definition of the offense. AS 12.55.155(c)(10).
