GRANT, Justice.

Tony Myers appeals the revocation of his probation. In 1982, Myers pled guilty to the offense of burglary of a building. He was sentenced to ten years in the Texas Department of Corrections and was granted probation, along with a fine of $350. According to the court's order, his probation was revoked for failing to report to the probation officer during one month, for failing to avoid the use of amphetamine and cannabinoid, for failing to avoid persons...
