MIRABAL, Justice.

The jury convicted appellant of murder, and assessed punishment at life imprisonment.

Alexander Paul Schlicher died of multiple shotgun wounds from a gun fired at close range at a fireworks stand near Pearland, Texas on July 3, 1987. There was evidence that Schlicher had been robbed.
