This is an appeal from a district court's order denying relief on a motion under I.C.R. 35 to correct a sentence of incarceration imposed in a felony case. In his motion, John Hale alleged that he had not been given proper credit for a period of incarceration preceding his commitment to the Board of Correction on a three-year sentence for possession of a controlled substance. The district court found that Hale had received all credit to which he was entitled...
