GLAZE, Justice.

This is an obscenity case. The appellants, Oglesby and Ingram, operated Ambassador Books & Video (Ambassador) on Asher Avenue in Little Rock. They were convicted of promoting obscene material and each received a prison sentence of four (4) years and a fine of $8,000. Their business also received a $20,000 fine. Oglesby and Ingram appeal from their convictions raising nine points of error.
