OPINION

FULLER, Justice.

In a suit by the widow for recovery of the proceeds due under a life insurance policy issued on the life of her husband, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the widow beneficiary. We affirm.

James Kenneth Green had two existing life insurance policies with the Appellant when he was convinced to exchange those policies for one universal life policy in the amount of $50,000.00 which had an issue date of March 19, 1983....
