Piercing the corporate veil lies at the heart of this case. We are called on to examine the effect of such a piercing, especially where a period of years has elapsed between (a) a final original judgment against the corporation, and (b) a later suit which seeks to disregard the corporate form and impose liability on an otherwise shielded party.
