I. INTRODUCTION.

This appeal and cross-appeal stem from injuries Glen J. Buoy sustained in a helicopter crash. The superior court held two trials on claims Buoy and his wife asserted against ERA Helicopters, Inc. (ERA). The Buoys appeal from the superior court's refusal to grant a third trial, and also challenge the superior court's award of attorney's fees to ERA.
