Benjamin Wallace Cross was found guilty of possession of heroin and possession with intent to deliver heroin on April 15, 1977 in Lehigh County. Free on bail, Cross failed to appear for sentencing; after a bench warrant was issued for his arrest, the District Attorney was told that Cross was in federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut.
