PER CURIAM.
This is an appeal from an order granting appellee/plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings, the effect of which was to cancel and otherwise discharge two liens previously filed and recorded by appellant/defendant encumbering appellee/plaintiff's property. We affirm.
