Plaintiffs bring this action against the City of Burlington ("City") for alleged violations of state and federal law arising out of the operation of the Burlington Municipal Disposal Grounds ("Landfill"). Plaintiffs allege that the operation of the Landfill has generally harmed the environment, and has specifically damaged their adjoining properties, by the generation of methane gas, wind-blown debris...
