Cathy Pari filed a complaint for divorce from her husband, the defendant Thomas Pari. The grounds for divorce were irreconcilable differences. The defendant never answered the divorce complaint or participated in the hearing on the divorce. The divorce was granted in the form of a Decision Pending Entry of Final Judgment.
