This is an appeal from a judgment issued on the findings of fact and conclusions of law in the parties' marriage dissolution action in the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, Montana. Petitioner/appellant wife argues the court abused its discretion when it arbitrarily valued the husband's pension plan, awarded minimal maintenance to the wife for a limited period of time, and required the wife to pay her own attorney's fees.
