Jerry Cudworth and Bracken Honey Bee Corporation ["Bracken Honey"] appeal from a district court judgment awarding damages to Hart Honey Company ["Hart Honey"]. Roger Bracken appeals from a post-trial order denying his request for attorney fees.1 We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for modification of the judgment in accordance with this opinion....
