OPINION

LANE, Vice Presiding Judge:

Daniel C. Kiser, Appellant, was tried by jury for the crime of Murder in the First Degree (21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7) in Bryan County District Court, Case No. CRF-84-103. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and the trial judge imposed a sentence in accord with the jury's verdict of life imprisonment. We AFFIRM.
