RIGGS, Judge.

Defendant was indicted for the manufacture of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992. The state appeals a pretrial order granting his motion to suppress. We reverse.

The trial court made findings, which are not only supported by evidence in the record but are very helpful on review. Three hunters discovered a marijuana growing operation. They contacted Trooper Moore of the Oregon State Police, who believed, from the description that they provided...
