Terry and Robert Muzzy (appellees) purchased a new Chevrolet from an authorized General Motors Corporation dealer in February, 1985. After numerous repair attempts, appellees sought statutory remedies under the New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Act (Act), 9 V.S.A. §§ 4170-4181.
