This case comes before us on appeal by the defendant, Bon L. Bibee (Bibee), from a judgment entered in the Superior Court convicting him of second-degree murder in the death of Anthony Sano (Sano). The defendant contends that improper jury instructions, the admission of a prior threat by the defendant, and the state's violation of Rule 16 of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure constitute reversible error.
