PURTLE, Justice.

The appellant was convicted of rape and burglary and was sentenced to consecutive terms of life and thirty years in prison. On appeal he argues that the court erred in not granting his motion for mistrial and in failing to suppress the in-court identification by the victim. We do not agree with either argument and therefore affirm the action taken in the trial court.

The victim was raped twice on February 28, 1987. At about 2:30 a.m. an intruder...
