Respondent was publicly reprimanded and placed on probation1 for two years in Wisconsin after he billed clients of his firm for 807 personal telephone calls costing in excess of $2,500.00. In its Report, a copy of which is attached hereto, the Board on Professional Responsibility synopsized Respondent's conduct and Wisconsin's sanction as follows:
