(plaintiff) filed a petition for executory process, alleging that Nathaniel Madro Bandaries, III (defendant) and his ex-wife, who has since received a discharge in bankruptcy, had defaulted on their obligations under a promissory note. Correspondingly, the district court signed an order issuing executory process and directing the seizure and sale, after appraisal, of the immovable property securing the debt...
