ALFORD, Judge.

The State filed a petition alleging that James Gordon committed two counts of armed robbery, in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. After an adjudication hearing, the trial court found that the juvenile had committed armed robbery as charged in Count 1 of the petition.1 He was adjudicated a delinquent and committed to the custody of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections until age twenty-one.2
