J. CURTISS BROWN, Chief Justice.

In this case we must decide the effect of a Mary Carter agreement on contribution rights among joint tortfeasors, in light of Beech Aircraft Corp. v. Jinkins, 739 S.W.2d 19 (Tex.1987).
