Leonard B. Panther was indicted for manslaughter. Following a jury trial, he was acquitted of the charge but convicted of the lesser-included offense of criminally negligent homicide. On appeal, Panther argues that insufficient evidence was presented before the grand jury and at trial, that the criminally negligent homicide statute is unconstitutionally vague, that the state presented improper evidence to the grand jury, and...
