Appellant was convicted of voluntary manslaughter while armed and of carrying a pistol without a license. On appeal, he urges three grounds for reversal. Specifically, he argues: 1) that the trial court erred in failing to reinstruct on self-defense, despite its reinstruction on second degree murder and voluntary manslaughter; 2) that the prosecutor engaged in various acts of misconduct including "sandbagging," mischaracterizing the evidence...
