Pursuant to a plea bargain, the movant entered pleas of guilty to charges of first degree burglary and second degree burglary. He was sentenced to terms of imprisonment for 15 years and 7 years, to run concurrently. Those sentences were pronounced before and his motion under Rule 27.26 was pending on January 1, 1988. The proceedings upon that motion for post-conviction relief are governed by Rule 27.26. The motion court denied the movant's amended motion...
