These consolidated suits for damages were brought by appellants, Jeannette Yvette LeBlanc and Billy Joseph LeBlanc, for the alleged malpractice of the defendant/appellee, Dr. Robert H. Krupkin, relating to procedures performed on Mrs. LeBlanc consisting of a bilateral subcutaneous mastectomy and subsequent reconstruction.
