Appellant Gary Whitson sued appellee Goodbodys, Inc. for personal injuries which he sustained at Goodbodys' place of business. The trial court granted summary judgment for Goodbodys based upon an exculpatory agreement executed by Whitson. In his sole point of error, Whitson complains that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because it failed to apply the express negligence doctrine to the agreement...
