Defendant, James S. Olive, was convicted of one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966, and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967. Olive was sentenced to five years at hard labor on count one and ten years at hard labor on count two, the sentences to run consecutively.
