In a multi-count indictment Dan L. Stefanoff, Gene P. Dennison, Dana B. Wilkerson, Jr., and Thomas C. Herrmann were charged with conspiring to defraud Phoenix Federal Savings and Loan Association of Muskogee, Oklahoma, an institution which was insured by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation, and with otherwise obtaining monies of the Phoenix Federal Savings and Loan Association by fraud, deceit and false representation.
