Walter C. Evans appeals from a judgment, entered pursuant to Civ. R. 12(B)(6), dismissing his amended complaint against appellees Dayton Newspapers, Inc. and its employee John Erickson. Evans claims that the trial court erred in dismissing his amended complaint.
