A search of appellant's premises, authorized by a search warrant, resulted in the seizure of numerous growing marijuana plants, dried marijuana, scales and other paraphernalia. Appellant's motions to suppress evidence seized were denied and he was convicted by a jury of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
