The underlying facts in this appeal are not in dispute. Plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident caused by defendant Phillips' negligent driving. After arriving at a "T" intersection, and believing that it was a one-way highway, Phillips pulled on to the two lane highway where he struck plaintiff's vehicle coming from the opposite direction. Phillips' negligence was without question. His insurer, GEICO Insurance Company, settled with plaintiff...
