The underlying facts in this appeal are not in dispute. Plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident caused by defendant Phillips' negligent driving. After arriving at a "T" intersection, and believing that it was a one-way highway, Phillips pulled on to the two lane highway where he struck plaintiff's vehicle coming from the opposite direction.
