Alfonso Vancheri (Vancheri) was Food and Beverage Manager at the Fremont Hotel and Casino. Vancheri resigned his position at the Fremont after being recruited for a managing maitre d' position at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino's (GNLV) new gourmet restaurant.
