PER CURIAM.

The Florida Bar charged John Fitzgerald in a five-count complaint with various acts of misconduct. This proceeding is before the Court on the petition of The Florida Bar and the cross-petition of John Fitzgerald seeking review of the referee's findings and recommendations. We have jurisdiction1 and adopt the referee's findings of fact, but impose a sanction of disbarment.
