Joel Preston, husband, appeals from the trial court's award of temporary maintenance and attorney fees to Marie Preston, wife. We affirm.

The marriage of the parties was dissolved in 1988. The trial court divided the marital property and awarded wife attorney fees. Wife was not awarded maintenance. On appeal by husband, the dissolution decree was affirmed. See Preston v. Preston, 767 S.W.2d 618...
