"Motion allowed. Defendant shall have up to and including 17 March 1989 to serve his proposed record upon the district attorney. If evidence of service of this proposed record is not received in this Court by 20 March 1989, an order shall issue requiring counsel to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of this Court. ...
