William Blagg was injured when he fell from a fire truck while en route to a fire as a fire fighter for the Village of Winthrop Harbor (Village). He and his wife, Marilyn, suing for loss of consortium, brought suit against the manufacturers of the truck, F.W.D. Corporation (F.W.D.) and Seagrave Fire Apparatus, Inc.
