On April 15, 1988, the appellant was found guilty in a nonjury trial of Failure To Vacate in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 50-523 (Repl.1971) [now Ark.Code Ann. § 18-16-101 (1987)] and was fined the sum of $300.00.
