This is a medical malpractice action. Plaintiff, Bryant Levy, filed suit against defendant, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Inc. (OLOL), seeking damages for injuries allegedly sustained due to a hypodermic injection. Following a bench trial, the trial court rendered judgment dismissing Levy's suit.
