OPINION

WEAVER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, William David Tinney, was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery. See TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. sec. 29.03 (Vernon 1989). The jury assessed punishment at life in the Texas Department of Corrections.

We affirm.
