LEVINE, Justice.

Daniel Raywalt appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of delivery of a controlled substance. We affirm.

On November 25, 1987, pursuant to a search warrant, police officers entered and searched an apartment in Mandan while a party was in progress.
