A jury convicted Marshall Leon Robinson of arson and solicitation of capital murder. Punishment was assessed at twenty years and seventy-five years respectively. In five points of error, appellant contends that: (1) the solicitation statute is unconstitutionally vague; (2) the solicitation indictment is fundamentally defective; (3) the evidence is insufficient to sustain the arson conviction; (4) a motion to quash the arson indictment should have been...
