Schwab was indicted for conspiracy to make a destructive device, 18 U.S.C. § 371, 26 U.S.C. §§ 5845(a)(8), (f) and 5861(f); and unlawful transfer of a firearm, 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(a)(5), (d)(1), and 924(a)(1)(D).
