Francisco Nevarez-Arreola appeals the district court's sentence following his plea of guilty to, and conviction of, conspiracy to possess heroin with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 846. The court denied Nevarez-Arreola's two requests for downward adjustments in his offense level under the Sentencing Guidelines, finding that he neither qualified as a minimal or minor participant under guideline section 3B1.2 nor had he accepted personal responsibility...
